This was the first show to be held by the South east MAG group for a long time, the last I can remember being by the long defunct Sutton group in the 1980's.

The weather did not bode well, and on the journey to East Grinstead I was intermittently soaked then dry, then wet, then dry etc etc

But the warmth of the welcome, once I found it, only 3 u turns,   by Mitch (SE rep) and Lou his good lady soon warmed me up.

Parking down in the tennis courts a pleasant afternoon was spent chatting to the others who had arrived. And drooling over a few bikes arriving, oh how I wanted that z550 and the GT750 but if I really could I wanted that Bonneville, with mega laced wheels and it was sooo clean, especially for a daily runner

despite the sudden downpours the bike show went ahead and a few young lads were persuaded to enter their 125's which was good as we know the future of bikes are in the youngsters.

There was a young group allowed to give their first performance, and they went down quite well.

Creature provided the Disco, while later in the evening the Beer monsters were to play.

However I headed home before the groups kicked off.

Next year is already being planned and no doubt it shall be even better watch this space for more details
